USCo's first Science on Tap Event. Second Summit Cider Co. hosted over 130 people to watch three graduate students from the U talk about genetics, sex and gender, and the intersection between science and music!

SoT started 2026 of strong by venturing out of Salt Lake City to Midvale. 2Row Brewing hosted our January event, featuring talks about neutrinos, the Mediterranean, and AI.

Our second Science on Tap: Spooky addition was hosted at Fisher Brewing. With over 200 attendees, our scientists taught the audience about aliens, the pharmeceutical industry, and products found in the Great Salt Lake.

In honor of Valentine's Day, SoT collaborated with Date My Mate to bring people together to find love and learn about it too! MILK+ hosted our two speakers who discussed cooperation and oxytocin.

TF Brewing hosted SoT's third event and last of 2025! We had three wonderful speakers discussing glia cells, reproductive health, and how to talk science with your family and friends. It was a blast and we can't wait to be back with more in 2026!
